Proto 2000 WM Herald Flatcar

When I visited Richmond, VA in August 2003 for work, I had the good fortune to stumble across a shop that had some WM equipment that had been on the shelves for several years.  While there, I picked up two Proto 2000 flat cars.  Here's what the car looks like unassembled

The kit also includes a details sprue, weight, trucks etc.
