Moore-Keppel Number Climax #3
In September 2003, as part of the annual WMRHS convention, I had the chance to
ride behind Moore Keppel Climax #3 "The Durbin Rocket". This climax is the
prototype for the 2004 HO Scale Climax by Bachmann. Below are a number of
photos I took on that dreary, overcast morning. The Durbin Rocket runs on
former C&O trackage in West Virginia. The WM took over some of the
operation of that track late in the track's history.
